Played similar with UNO.
The aim is to empty your hand of all cards. When playing with 2 players deal 7 cards each. When with 3 or more deal 6 cards each. The remaining stack of cards are placed in front of the players face down and the top card is them turned over and placed next to the stack.
There are plenty of special cards in this game:
When a "Pick 2"or "Pick 5" card is played, the next player must draw 2or 5 cards or play another 2 card,
"Skip Turn" skips turn.
"Bullet Proof" card blocks any skip or pick card.
