By claiming action spots, players try to get the most inefficient combination of resources to fulfill their assigned projects. As players complete projects, they signal their stance against rebellion and sacrifice themselves to the work, further weakening their resolve to overthrow the tyrant.
The player with the fewest anti-rebellion points wins. Congratulations! As a true rebel, you will be exiled and will never return.
