Xấp Sắc is a game inspired from traditional Vietnamese Culture. The game is simple but very deep, easy to teach but hard to master.
The starting player begins to play one or more cards to create a column of a row that is one of these combinations: A pair, three of a kind, four of a kind, 3 cards straight, or 4 cards straight.
In the clockwise order, players have to play card(s) to create a row or a column that is equal to higher in rank than the previous play. If they don’t want to or can't, they must pass. If all players but one passes, that player becomes the leader and can play any combination. Then the game keeps going.
Everyone will continue to play until one player remains with cards on hands, then the game ends and they score points.
