Plant risky crops, manage protection, dodge the Ranger, and build the most valuable farm.

In Pot Farm: The Board Game, players are rival farmers growing recreational crops on shared land, balancing big payouts against constant threats from the law—and from each other. Bigger crops score more, but they also attract attention, forcing players to carefully manage protection across their farms.
On a turn, players draw crop tokens from the Seed Bag and plant them on their Farm plots. Crops aren’t safe just because they’re planted: protection levels matter. Each farm’s total protection is compared with neighboring farms, and falling behind may trigger the dreaded Ranger, who can confiscate exposed crops without mercy.
When players successfully harvest crops into their personal stash, they can spend their earnings in the rotating Store. Store items provide powerful upgrades—boosting protection, improving harvest efficiency, enabling combos, or sabotaging opponents. Choosing when to invest in safety versus pushing for high-risk, high-reward crops is the core tension of the game.
Players can play aggressively, stacking valuable plants and daring the Ranger to strike, or defensively, keeping protection high and letting rivals take the heat. Because protection is relative, manipulating neighbors is often just as effective as improving your own farm.
The game ends immediately when the Seed Bag is empty, meaning no more crops can be planted.
Players tally the total value of:
Crops in their Farm
Crops in their Stash
The player with the highest total farm value wins and is crowned the ultimate Pot Farmer.
