The harbor of Port Royal is full of opportunity—but greed is dangerous.

In Port Royal: Unterwegs, each turn begins with a risky decision: reveal another card to the harbor or stop while you’re ahead. Ships promise income, useful crew offer long-term advantages, and every extra card increases both potential reward and the risk of losing everything if matching ships appear.

When you stop, the harbor becomes a marketplace. Cash in ships for coins, then spend that gold to hire sailors, pirates, wholesalers, and passengers. These crew cards form your personal engine—some protect you from danger, others increase profits or turn traded ships into victory points.

Timing matters. Reveal too little and your options are limited. Reveal too much and opponents may profit from the harbor you created. Even when it’s not your turn, you can jump in, grabbing a single card and paying the active player for the privilege—keeping everyone engaged at all times.
