Vlaada Chvátil Wants You to Keep on Trucking

When publisher Czech Games Edition announced a new edition of Vlaada Chvátil's Galaxy Trucker in April 2021, many people immediately started asking about expansions — which is not a surprise given that the original Galaxy Trucker had several well-loved expansions.

For those who are ready for more, CGE has now announced more in the form of Galaxy Trucker: Keep on Trucking, with the box for this expansion being the same size as for the base game. As for what's inside the box, which bears a 30-90 minute player time, here's an overview from the publisher:

The different parts of this expansion can be mixed and matched, allowing you to choose the combination that will be most fun for you, so whether you're flying with grizzled veterans who miss the thrill of exploding space ships or teaching newbies who just survived their first flight, this expansion will help you keep on trucking!

As for when Galaxy Trucker: Keep on Trucking will be released, CGE is planning for a debut at Gen Con 2022 at the start of August — but that all depends on how well the ships can dodge meteors, of course.
