Teasers for G.I. JOE Mission Critical, Dying Light: The Board Game, and Betrayal at House on the Hill

Teasers for G.I. JOE Mission Critical, Dying Light: The Board Game, and Betrayal at House on the Hill
• U.S. publisher Renegade Game Studios has given a bare-bones announcement for G.I. JOE Mission Critical, a 1-5 player co-operative game due out before the end of 2022.

Board Game: G.I. JOE Mission Critical

Here's all the publisher has said about the game to date:
Quote:
Join the team and battle Cobra in G.I. JOE Mission Critical, a co-operative miniatures board game. Stop Cobra in locations around the world, and try to defeat Cobra Commander himself to save the day!

G.I. JOE Mission Critical uses the Guardian System, providing a tense, challenging, and co-operative gaming experience.
I do not know what the "Guardian System" is, but Renegade filed a trademark for the term in October 2021, so I imagine the publisher will have much to say about it in the future.

Board Game: Dying Light: The Board Game
• Polish publisher Glass Cannon Unplugged, which will debut in 2022 with the release of Frostpunk: The Board Game, has announced Dying Light: The Board Game, which brings the world of the video games Dying Light and Dying Light 2: Stay Human to the tabletop as an epic-scale board game.

No details have been announced — only the news that this will exist, along with a teaser video.

• Danish designer Mads Fløe posted the following teaser about a forthcoming release from Alderac Entertainment Group:

Board Game: Riot Quest: Arena Miniatures Game
• U.S. publisher Privateer Press has announced that a new edition of Matt Wilson's Riot Quest will be released via a Kickstarter campaign. Previously this miniature-based skirmish game was sold in waves of single-player starter sets that contain a randomized assortment of figures, but Riot Quest: Arena Miniatures Game will include a fixed set of 48 miniatures, which is enough for games with up to four players.

A Pe(s)ts Expansion will also be sold via Kickstarter for those who already own enough of the original figures, but want something more.

• U.S. publisher Avalon Hill has teased in the most minimalistic way possible a third edition of Betrayal at House on the Hill:
