Some of the videos that I recorded have already been published on BGG News, and now here's another batch of videos covering a wide range of games. One more batch to go after this...

Board Game: Legend of the Cipher: The Game of Hip-Hop
Legend of the Cipher

A rap-based deck-building game? You better believe it. Legend of the Cipher: The Game of Hip-Hop may not be a strategic behemoth, but it is extremely funny and could go over well in the right group. I was able to speak with the team behind the game and it sure looks fun, albeit a little silly.

MERCS

The squad-based miniatures game MERCS was on sale in full force at PAX. What caught my attention was the interesting theme, with each faction representing an area of the world. Check out the video below for more background on the game.

Board Game: Emperor's New Clothes
The Emperor's New Clothes

Admittedly this video of Emperor's New Clothes in action is being posted a bit late given that the Kickstarter project is now over and designer Jonathan Liu has revealed the game (such as it is) in depth, but this video presents a clearer picture of how the game works and what the purpose of the game is. (Editor's note: I'm to blame for this video being posted now instead of weeks ago. Sorry, Brad! —WEM)
