• Aquarium co-designer Sander Vernyns has noted on BGG that Sandtimer will have at least 500 copies of the game on hand for its debut at Spiel 2011, but possibly no more than that due to production issues. Vernyns notes that the publisher will have at least 45 copies for sale each day so that the Sunday crowd will also get a shot at the game.
• Gryphon Games has launched a Kickstarter project for Kevin G. Nunn's Zong Shi, a design that was at Face 2 Face Games for a number of years before being picked up by Gryphon at the same time that it acquired the rights to F2F's Sid Sackson line-up. Here's an overview of the game:
