• The most anticipated game on our FIJ 2020 schedule was undoubtedly The 7th Citadel from Ludovic Roudy, Bruno Sautter, and publisher Serious Poulp, with Sautter giving a high-level view of the game and an overview of how it compares to The 7th Continent, their previous release.
• Publisher La Boîte de Jeu has had a hit in Frédéric Guérard's It's a Wonderful World, and in February 2020 it ran a Kickstarter campaign (KS link) to fund a reprint of the game and a new expansion, Ascension, that will be released in Q4 2020. Here's an overview of that new material:
• Bragelonne Games is a relatively new game publisher from not-at-all-new book publisher Bragelonne, and we saw multiple new and upcoming games from the company at FIJ 2020, including Lionel Borg's Magnum Opus: The Great Work, with Borg presenting the game himself:
• Another Bragelonne Games release, this coming out in June 2020, is Olivier Caïra's Butine!, which is another entry in the recent trend of bee-themed games:
• Firmino Martínez's design Robespierre: The Game of the French Revolution has been in the BGG database since 2013, and it finally seems to be nearing publication via Spanish publisher 2Tomatoes:
