Dominion: Seaside to See Second Edition in April 2022

Dominion: Seaside to See Second Edition in April 2022
In 2016, U.S. publisher Rio Grande Games released second editions of Donald X. Vaccarino's Dominion and Dominion: Intrigue, each of which replaced some of the original Kingdom cards in those sets with new cards.

In April 2022, RGG expects to release Dominion: Seaside (Second Edition), with this expansion for either of the Dominion standalone titles containing nine new types of Kingdom cards; as happened with the new cards for the previous second editions, these cards will be released on their own as an update pack for those who own the first edition of Dominion: Seaside. A few cards will receive minor errata, but these will not appear in the update pack.

Board Game: Dominion: Seaside (Second Edition)

Rio Grande Games pass along this announcement from Vaccarino for this edition:
Quote:
It's been a long time coming! At first, I thought Seaside 2E would follow soon after Intrigue 2E; then, it didn't happen for years. It came about really from a wave of work on Dominion during the pandemic that started with Allies. I gradually warmed to the idea, and now it's, well, not that far off.

So far, we expect Seaside 2E in people's hands in April (in English; other languages are still in the works, but German, Japanese, and Dutch will probably not be far behind). We will update everyone if the date changes or becomes more pinned down. And we expect to do previews just before the release.

So until then, you do at least get to speculate: what cards are leaving?
Speaking of Dominion: Allies, RGG's Jay Tummelson now expects this expansion to be available in the U.S. in March 2022.

As for other Rio Grande releases, all of these titles arrived at its warehouse in mid-to-late January 2022 and will head out to distributors and retailers over the coming weeks:
