Der Boss (2007)

Players travel on a game board allowing them to draft cards, which are used to place men in cities on five continents, where they can build business networks and monopolies. When two players vie for the same area, a dice battle resolves the conflict. Special actions allow players extra placements, card draws, or other bonuses.
