An alternate take on the Connect 4 style of gameplay, 5-Across is a vertical game played with checkers. The board is placed on the stand to hold it vertically and players drop checkers into one of the 7 slots until one player succeeds in getting 5 in a row either vertically, horizontally, or diagonally.
