18NK is a Japanese 18xx game set in Nagaokakyo. While the rules are as-yet-untranslated, it appears to be not dissimilar to the rest of its family - a combination of stock manipulation, route-building, and capital management.
A few details: there are 15 companies, and there appears to be some kind of "destination" system.
