The High Council (2007)

First published as part of the Stonehenge: Bonusspiele #1 anthology as Der Hohe Rat, The High Council is a political game for Stonehenge: An Anthology Board Game. Each faction vies to form a contiguous block (comprising speakers and supporters) in the council of 16 seats. This constitutes a contiguous majority - a mighty force.
