In this sequel to the original Petits meurtres et faits divers, players are this time acting out a criminal trial. Players again take different roles and each receives a booklet. The players each choose a role (judge, prosecutor, lawyer or juror) and select a scenario that everyone looks up in their booklet.
The prosecutor has arguments in the booklet that she/he must include in their 90 second speech, to which the defense lawyer must try to deduce and object. It's then the turn of the lawyer to make their presentation.
The jurors need to listen carefully to the speeches and follow the clues in their booklets. They will try to deduce who scored the most points during the two presentations. The judge has all the answers in their booklet and is responsible for keeping score.
