In a separate BGG post, Tummelson notes a few other items that might be released in the series: "We may replace the original Treasure and Victory cards (already available separately) in the base set and/or Intrigue at some point, and are also looking at offering a set of the metal tokens (the Treasure and Victory tokens) later in 2015. In the end, we want to offer our players new things to add to their Dominion experience and not just a replay of what they already have."
• In other Rio Grande news, Tummelson slipped out a newsletter during Spiel 2014 that announced a few new items, in addition to the Race for the Galaxy: Xeno Invasion expansion announced in mid-2014:
We have completed work on two additions to the Bohnanza game: Ladies & Gangsters and Princes & Pirates. Ladies & Gangsters is our English version of Ladybohn and Al Cabohne; Princes & Pirates is our English version of Bohnröschen and La Isla Bohnita.
We are also working on a reprint of Elfenland, which will include the Elfengold expansion and a new map and transportation options to go with the new map.
Although we do not have print schedules for any of these games, we expect the two Bohnanza games to be ready in either December or January. Elfenland should release in the spring of 2015.
• Ed Bolme, who does work for AEG, posted a note looking for playtesters for new maps for Hisashi Hiyashi's Trains, and while he's been overwhelmed with responses at this point and doesn't need to hear from more people, I thought I'd share word of more Trains being in the works.
• French publisher Serious Poulp has a teaser for The 7th Continent on its website, describing the title as "the first 'choose-your-own-path' exploration board game" and inviting players to "help us make The 7th Continent the biggest playing field ever created" with "hundreds of events to face, challenges to overcome, creatures to hunt and fight, puzzles to solve!" when the title launches on Kickstarter in Q1 2015.
