Heike and Stefan Risthaus started OSTIA Spiele in 2011 to release their own games and expansions, and they've issued one or two titles annually, with each of those designs usually having multiple mini-expansions. For SPIEL 2016, Risthaus has prepared Tallinn, named after the Estonian capital city, which was actually known as Reval for most of its existence. In the game, players compete for majorities among merchants, monks, and Teutonic knights, gaining status based on how well they outshine their fellow...Tallinnians? Revalites? That's mostly it — majorities, majorities, majorities!
