Before Euphoria became the dystopian city it is known as, control was still up for grabs.

In Leaders of Euphoria: Choose a Better Oppressor, hidden loyalties drive every decision. Each player begins with a small set of face-down Recruit cards that secretly determine which faction they belong to—and whether they are a Leader worth protecting or eliminating. Information is scarce, trust is fragile, and every action risks revealing more than intended.

On a turn, players interrogate others to peek at hidden recruits, manipulate the table by hiding or exposing cards, and deploy powerful Old World artifacts that disrupt alliances and shift momentum. Many of the game’s strongest actions require exposing one of your own recruits, forcing constant trade-offs between gaining power and giving away information.

Ray Guns raise the stakes even further. Once armed, a single well-timed shot can instantly end the game—if the right Leader is exposed. But shooting the wrong target may create a new threat: banished players become Wastelanders, breaking free from faction loyalty and pursuing their own sudden-win condition.

With no player elimination, shifting victory conditions, and a constant flow of partial information, Leaders of Euphoria rewards careful reading of opponents, tactical deception, and precise timing. Allegiances evolve, enemies become tools, and the question is never who can you trust—but who should you betray right now.

Choose carefully. Power is temporary, information is deadly, and Euphoria will remember who ruled it first.
