Colonisation (2015)

Game Background:

You are the leader of a village in the forest of Na~TACE. Your expansion views require resources and pushes you to explore the surrounding areas.

Your lumberer will quickly discover areas for the development of agriculture for your farmers or mining for your blacksmith.

The wood harvested and will allow you to build farms, forges, fences or barracks for your soldiers.

But will your farmers and your hunter be able to provide enough food for your soldiers? No problem, send your merchant to other villages to share valuable resources.

Many other surprises await you in this game of resources gathering, war and colonization.

Finally, attack enemy villages to colonize the entire forest and win the game!

How to play:

The goal of the game is to eliminated other players by destroying their village with your soldiers.

24, 36 or 48 hexa cards (forests) are placed in a predetermined shape according to the number of players.
Each player choose a village and pick 3 ressources card.

Player 1 will advance his lumberer pawn forest by forest and discover 3 areas by flipping the forests he passes on. Underneath, he may discover a regular forest, a farm land, a mind land or a special land.

The lumberer will pick 3 wood cards and will use them to build farms (placing a pawn on the farm land), mines (placing a pawn on the mine land) or barracks (placing a pawn on the village).

For each farmer, the player will pick 1 farm card per farm land with a farmer. The food will be use to feed the soldiers (1 per barrack). Soldier pawns will be moved and advance to eventually attack the other villages or soldiers.

When a soldier or a group of soldiers attack, a D6 is used + all bonus cards the attacker player may have collect. Defense is fixed by the number of soldiers or what type of building is attacked + any defensive bonus the defendant player may have gathered.
