After placing armies along opposite sides of hexagonal gameboard, players start to alternate their turns. Each turn they have 8 Action Points, where each 1 allows to give orders for 1 unit. HQ cannot move. Every air unit must move each turn if not landed.
Tables used to describe terrain movement costs, units range and movement, and their firepower (type vs type). d6 used to determine damage. Some units hit several hexes at once.
One has to get 16 Victory Points to win. Destroy a unit to earn 1 VP. Destroy HQ to earn 3 VPs. Capture HQ to get 6 VPs at once.
