ホントにヤバイ時、私がすべき3番目のコト (Honto ni Yabai toki Watashi ga Subeki Sanbanme no Koto) (My Third Priority) is a party game. The full Japanese title means "The third thing I should do when I'm in a serious trouble".

In the game, players try to figure out what another player would do in a situation.

A player is given an accident card and five ToDo cards. That player thinks what they should do in the accident, and secretly determines the priority. Other players discuss what the third priority to do is and answer it. If the answer is correct, all players win the game.
